Riding for Rheumatoid Arthritis Research - Media Release 29 March 2016

Canberra to Adelaide - Research is the answer
 

A group of cyclists are ‘Riding for Arthritis’, departing from Parliament House Canberra at 10.00am on Thursday March 31, then winding their way through Jugiong, Wagga, Jerilderie, Wakool, Swan Hill, Ouyen, Pinnaroo and Murray Bridge before arriving in Adelaide, scheduled for 4pm on Friday April 8.

 

Chris Barrie has put the cycling team together to raise funds for Arthritis Australia’s National Research Program, specifically related to rheumatoid arthritis research.  His partner 29yo Deanne Johnson…(who Chris has been with for 7 years) has been living with Rheumatoid Arthritis for 12 years – from the age of 17.  Dee’s mother also has Rheumatoid Arthritis.
